We strive to provide a fun and safe environment for all families. To manage bookings fairly and maintain availability for others, please review our policy below.
All bookings and purchases are subject to these terms, which you agree to upon payment.
General Admissions (Walk-In or Open Play Sessions):
- No refunds are provided for admissions once entry has been granted.
- If a child or adult becomes unwell during a visit, is asked to leave due to rule violations (e.g., sickness policy breach, disruptive behaviour, or damage to equipment), or chooses to leave early, no refund (full or partial) will be issued.
Pre-Booked Sessions or Tickets: - Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice before the session start time: Full refund or credit towards a future visit.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund, but a one-time transfer to another available session may be offered (subject to availability).
- No-shows or late arrivals: Treated as less than 24 hours’ notice—no refund or transfer.
Party Bookings and Events: - A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total) is required to secure the booking.
- Cancellations more than 28 days before the event: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations 14-28 days before: 50% refund of the total paid (deposit forfeited).
- Cancellations less than 14 days before: No refund, but a one-time transfer to another date may be offered (subject to availability and any price differences).
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed [e.g., 7 days] in advance; reductions in numbers after this point will not be refunded.
- If fewer guests attend on the day, no refunds for unused portions.
Other Purchases (e.g., Gift Vouchers, Memberships, Merchandise): - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
- Memberships require 1 month notice for cancellation; no pro-rata refunds.
Exceptions and Discretion: - We may offer credits, transfers, or refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., centre closure due to unforeseen events).
- Staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund if policies (e.g., sickness, supervision, or behaviour rules) are breached.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
